Join your fellow nonprofit professionals from Councils on Aging across Massachusetts who are using South Shore Health’s Community Resource Directory, powered by Aunt Bertha, to connect people to social services throughout the commonwealth.

• How the Community Resource Directory is working to improve the overall health of our community by improving access and reducing barriers.

• How to connect the people you serve to additional resources directly through the platform.

• How we support community organizations with free program management tools and impact reports.

Mikaela Dwyer Community Engagement Manager Aunt Bertha Mikaela is the New England Community Engagement Manager for Aunt Bertha. She works with community organizations across the state to maximize the tools that Aunt Bertha offers. Before her time with Aunt Bertha, Mikaela worked for various grassroots organizations and nonprofits in the greater Boston area. Mikaela is passionate about connecting the dots between access to equitable healthcare and social determinants of health.
