In this introductory session, we’ll discuss:

How an open social care network best serves the interests children and their families.

How to find and connect directly with local resources; and

Tips & tricks to keep track of your student’s progress and sharing resources with others.

Mikaela Dwyer Community Engagement Manager, Aunt Bertha Mikaela is the New England Community Engagement Manager for Aunt Bertha. She works with community organizations across the state to maximize the tools that Aunt Bertha offers. Before her time with Aunt Bertha, Mikaela worked for various grassroots organizations and nonprofits in the greater Boston area. Mikaela is passionate about connecting the dots between access to equitable healthcare and social determinants of health. |
