Aunt Bertha Webinar Series:Collaboratives Tackling Social Determinants of Health
Wednesday, April 21, 2021
11 AM – 12 PM, Central Standard Time
Please join us for our upcoming webinar as we discuss Aunt Bertha’s community engagement strategy and working in Texas, cross-sector collaboratives, and innovative social care projects. Feedback from the previous webinar showed us that you are interested in learning more about our community engagement strategy, so our Texas Community Engagement Manager will be joining us.
We’ll also highlight a project we’re participating in with the local community health and mental health care centers, the school district, the university, and the local United Way in Central Texas. We will also share specific customer and nonprofit use cases from healthcare and mental health organizations and discuss how these entities are making an impact on their communities.
If you cannot attend the webinar but are interested in learning more about our platform, please schedule a demo.
